People seem nice, but don't expect things in a timely manner. I ordered in early July 2017, it's now Nov 12, 2017 and the monument hasn't been delivered yet. They have missed one deadline they promised, and we're still waiting. I will update once the monument has been delivered. So far, not very satisfied.
